(KASE) Listing Commission of June 10, 2015, bonds KZP02Y10E531 (KZ2C00003291;
KZT100, KZT5.0 bn, June 11, 2015 – June 11, 2025, fixed semi-annual coupon 6.0 %
p.a., 30/360) of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC (Almaty) were
included in the other debt securities category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is June 11, 2015 due to
fulfillment of terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Investment House "Astana-Invest" JSC (Almaty) is the financial adviser and
underwriter of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC.
Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said
bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) CAEPb2.
