Special general meeting of Mangistau Distribution Power Grid shareholders due July 9, 2015

/KASE, June 12, 15/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid JSC (Aktau, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on July 9, 2015 at 15:00 o'clock a special general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin with the following agenda: - On performance by the Integrated securities registrar of functions of an auditing commission at the general meeting of shareholders as registrar of the company; - on choosing an auditing firm for 2015. The mentioned meeting will be held at the company office near poultry plant, Aktau. Participant registration will be carried out from 14:45 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the said meeting will be drawn up as of June 29, 2015.
