/KASE, June 12, 15/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 10, 2015 the following
bonds of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) were included in KASE official list's
Debt Securities of Entities from Quasi-Government Sector category:
- KZ2C0Y09E968 (KZ2C00003267, KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; June 12, 2015 –
June 12, 2024, fixed semi-annual coupon 8.5 % APR, 30/360);
- KZ2C0Y07E970 (KZ2C00003275, KZT1,000, KZT18.0 bn; June 12, 2015 –
June 12, 2022, fixed semi-annual coupon 8.5 % APR, 30/360.
The Listing Commission is effective as of June 12, 2015 since the named issuer
fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing
Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
Bank CenterCredit subsidiary BCC Invest JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor
and underwriter of KazAgroFinance JSC.
Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said
bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) KAFIb4 and KAFIb5,
respectively.
