Delta Bank drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, June 12, 15/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its having been drawn to administrative responsibility following a resolution of Zhambyl regional ecology department of the committee of ecological regulation, control and state inspection in the oil and gas complex of ME Republic of Kazakhstan of June 9, 2015 "for absence of permit to emissions into environment according to article 328 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
