National Bank approves report on results of offering of ForteBank bonds KZP02Y15C336 (KZ2C00000081, TEBNb13) from October 15, 2014 to April 14, 2015

/KASE, June 22, 15/ – ForteBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of May 28, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP02Y15C336 (KZ2C00000081, KASE official list, other debt securities category, TEBNb13) of ForteBank JSC for the period from October 15, 2014 to April 14, 2015. According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the reporting period. As of April 14, 2015, 547,172,903,800 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced. [2015-06-22]
