/KASE, June 23, 15/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy
of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated June 16, 2015 on approval of the report on results of redemption of bonds
KZP02Y10B461 (KZ2C00001394, CSBNb6) of Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty).
According to the letter provided, as of May 4, 2015 bonds of the mentioned issue
were redeemed in full.
The report on results of redemption of the mentioned bonds and letter of the
