/KASE, June 23, 15/ – By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board
decision, from June 24, 2015 trades in the following bonds of Kazinvestbank JSC
(Almaty) open in KASE secondary market sector:
- KZP02Y03D785 (KZ2C00003184; KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", KIBNb6, KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; May 19, 2015 – May 19, 2018;
fixed semi-annual coupon 8.0 % APR; 30/360);
- KZP03Y05D788 (KZ2C00003192, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", KIBNb7, KZT100, KZT2.5 bn; May 19, 2015 – May 19, 2020;
fixed semi-annual coupon 8.0 % APR; 30/360).
The mentioned bonds are quoted in KASE trading system accurate within the
fourth decimal of the bond's "net" price, expressed in percentage of the debt's
face value.
Subsidiary of Nurbank "MONEY EXPERTS" JSC (Almaty) is the representative
of holders of the mentioned bonds.
The mentioned bonds were included in KASE official list's "other debt
securities" category from May 19, 2015.
