on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE
of the following:

rating of Imstalcon JSC to level В++ (sufficient level of creditworthiness) and
the reliability rating of bond issues (NIN KZР01Y07D549, KZР02Y07D547,
KZР01Y07D747) to level В++ (sufficient level of reliability).
