/KASE, June 30, 15/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
June 24, 2015 according to which the National Bank has approved the report on
placement results of bonds KZP02Y10E176 (KZ2C00002038, KASE official list,
Other Debt Securities category, NFBNb3) of Delta Bank from November 28,
2014 to May 27, 2015.
According to the letter bonds were not offered in the period under review. As of
May 27, 2015, 20,847,000 bonds remained unplaced.
