/KASE, June 29, 15/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 25, 2015,
bonds KZP07Y10D219 (KZ2C00003317; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; 10 years, fixed
semi-annual coupon 9.0 % APR, 30/360) of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty)
were included in the "other debt securities" category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective since June 29, 2015 since the
named issuer fulfilled the terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of
KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said
bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) CCBNb27.
