/KASE, July 2, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Management Board of July 2, 2015 the status of clearing participant was
assigned to the following members of KASE:
1) Brokerage house "JAZZ CAPITAL" JSC;
2) Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary organization of Kazkommertsbank)
JSC;
3) Managing company Orda Capital JSC.
Requirements set for organizations seeking the status of clearing participant,
and for clearing participants, as well as rights and liabilities of clearing
participants are defined by KASE internal document "Regulations on Clearing
Participants" –
