/KASE, July 2, 15/ – Imstalcon JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter
from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
June 22, 2015, on approval by the National Bank of the report on results of
placement of bonds KZP01Y07D747 (KZ2C00000420, KASE official list, "other debt
securities" category, IMSKb3) of Imstalcon JSC for the period from December 4,
2014 to June 3, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of June 3, 2015, 39,996,800 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained
unplaced.
