Special general meeting of Mangistau Distribution Power Grid shareholders due July 30, 2015

/KASE, July 7, 15/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid JSC (Aktau, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on July 30, 2015 at 15:00 o'clock a special general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin. The only item on the agenda is the approval of the policy of remuneration and (or) compensation of expenses payable to independent directors of the Company. The mentioned meeting will be held at the company office near poultry farm, Aktau. Participants' registration will start at 14:45 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the said meeting will be drawn up as of July 20, 2015.
