KEGOC drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, July 7, 15/ – KEGOC JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that following a resolution of RSE "Kostanai regional transport control inspection of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Investment and Development of June 29, 2015 a decision was taken to draw KEGOC JSC to administrative responsibility for violation of the Rules of organization and carrying out of transportation of non-dividable goods on the territory of Republic of Kazakhstan expressed in incompliance of permissible parameters of vehicles designed for driving on roads of Republic of Kazakhstan responsibility for which is provided for in article 593 p. 5 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
