National company KazMunayGaz announces payment of dividends on own ordinary shares held by Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna due for 2013

/KASE, July 8, 15/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of payment by KazMunayGaz on June 30, 2015 of the remainder of dividends due for 2013 in favor of Samruk-Kazyna (hereinafter – the Fund) in monetary form by way of a wire transfer to the bank account of the Fund to the amount of KZT6,768,530,880".
