/KASE, July 9, 15/ – PAVLODARENERGO JSC (Pavlodar, hereinafter – the company), debt securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of July 7, 2015. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C49190016 of the company makes up 200,000,000 units; - 166,639,957 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder of the company and, accordingly, the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of outstanding shares of the company is CENTRAL ASIAN ELECTRO ENERGY CORPORATION JSC (Almaty).
