are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with the following information statement:

The Board of Directors of the company Jupiter Energy Limited engaged in
exploration and production of oil in Kazakhstan, whose shares are listed on the
Alternative Investment Market (AIM) under the code "JPRL" on the Australian
Stock Exchange (ASX) under the code "JPR" and on the Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) under the code "AU_JPRL", is pleased to announce that the
company has received another USD1 mln in accordance with the Framework
Agreement signed on April 30 2015 with Waterford Petroleum Limited (hereinafter
– the Waterford company).
According to the Framework Agreement, Waterford may provide the Company
with working capital amounting to USD10 mln through the issue of promissory
notes.
