/KASE, July 9, 15/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of July 8, 2015, bonds KZ2C0Y12F019
(KZ2C00003333; KZT1, KZT30.0 bn, 12 years, fixed annual coupon 8.4 % p.a.,
30/360) of Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" JSC (Almaty) were
included in the "debt securities of entities from quasi-public sector" category
of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of July 9, 2015 after the named
issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
The mentioned bonds issue is the 27th issue of the said issuer's "internal"
bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE.
Private Asset Management JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the
said bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) KZIKb27.
