/KASE, July 13, 15/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following
official letter:

Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of
the Republic of Kazakhstan by its order dated July 8, 2015 No. 276 - ОД
suspended the order of the Chair of the Committee on Regulation of Natural
Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of
the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 19, 2015 No. 247 - ОД “On approval of a
temporary compensatory tariff for the regulated service on pumping of oil to the
domestic market through the main oil pipelines of "KazTransOil" JSC.
