/KASE, July 17, 15/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau, hereinafter – the Company),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of July 8, 2015 on approval of a report on placement
results of shares of the Company.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has
approved reports on offering results of shares of the Company in the
periods from November 22, 2013 to May 21, 2014, from May 22, 2013 to
November 21, 2014 and from November 22, 2014 to May 21, 2015;
- no shares of the bank were offered in the periods under review; as of May 21,
2015 9,000,324 ordinary and 1,448,457 preferred shares remained unplaced;
its share capital made up KZT15,263,998,000.00.
