National Bank approves report on Delta Bank bonds KZP02Y07E693 (KZ2C00002665, NFBNb5) placement results from December 13, 2014 to June 12, 2015

/KASE, July 20, 15/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of July 15, 2015 according to which the National Bank has approved the report on placement results of bonds KZP02Y07E693 (KZ2C00002665, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", NFBNb5) of Delta Bank from December 13, 2014 to June 12, 2015. According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the period under review; as of June 12, 2015, 15,000,000 pieces of the said bonds remained unplaced. [2015-07-20]
