ForteBank held administratively liable

/KASE, July 23, 15/ – ForteBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of being brought to an administrative penalty based on it the Order of the National Bank of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2015 "due to non-compliance by the Bank with the requirements of clauses 2 and 4 of Article 67 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Joint-Stock Companies".
