whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press-release:

KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC ("KMG EP" or "the Company")
announces its 1H2015 operating results. KMG EP including its stakes in
Kazgermunai (KGM), CCEL (CCEL) and PetroKazakhstan Inc. (PKI) produced
6,122 thousand tonnes of crude oil (250 kbopd) for the first six months of 2015,
which is 0.3% growth compared to the same period of 2014.
