/KASE, July 27, 15/ – National Company KazMunaiGas JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an
official letter informed KASE that "National Company KazMunayGas JSC (KMG
or the Issuer) and KazMunaiGaz Finance Sub B.V. (KMG Finance) announced
the results of meetings of Noteholders regarding the request for consent in
respect of the outstanding notes (bonds) issued by KMG".
