/KASE, July 29, 15/ – Central-Asian power-energy company JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of an official letter of the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of July 14, 2015 according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds
KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", CTECb1) of Central-Asian power-energy company JSC for the
period from December 3, 2014 to June 2, 2015.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
period under review; as of June 2, 2015, 774,024 of the mentioned bonds were
unplaced.
