/KASE, August 3, 15/ – Bank RBK JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy
of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated July 27, 2015, on approval of the report on results of the offering of
bonds KZP03Y03E468 (KZ2C00002491, KASE official list, "other debt securities"
category, INBNb3) of Bank RBK JSC from December 28, 2014 to June 27, 2015.
According to the letter provided the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
reporting period; as of June 27, 2015, 5,400,000,000 bonds remained unplaced.
