/KASE, August 10, 15/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an
official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated August 4, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved report
on results of the offering of bonds KZP04Y10B467 (KZ2C00001428, KASE official
list, category "other debt securities", CSBNb8) of Kaspi Bank JSC for the period
from January 1 to June 30, 2015.
According to the letter, no bonds were offered during the considered period. As
of June 30, 2015, 300,000 of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
