/KASE, August 11, 15/ – SAT & Company JSC (Almaty), securities of which are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated August 6, 2015 according to which, the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZ2C0Y14C822 (KZ2C00001360, KASE
official list, category "other debt securities", SATCb1) of JSC "SAT & Company"
for the period from January 3 to July 2, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; as of July 2, 2015 9,148,461 bond remained unplaced.
