/KASE, August 17, 15/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated August 5, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP02Y08E766 (KZ2C00002913, KASE
official list, category "other debt securities", TSBNb27) of Tsesnabank JSC for
the period from December 26, 2014 to June 25, 2015.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
period under review; as of June 25, 2015 30,000,000,000 pieces of the said
bonds remained unplaced.
