/KASE, August 18, 15/ – Alatau Zharyk Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated August 5, 2015, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y05E368
(KZ2C00001907, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from
the quasi-public sector", MREKb7) of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC for the period
from December 28, 2014 to June 27, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting
period; as of June 27, 2015, 19,048 bonds remained unplaced.
