National Bank approves report on results of offering of ForteBank bonds KZP08Y25B557 (KZ2C00000073, TEBNb11) from November 30, 2014 to May 29, 2015

/KASE, August 19, 14/ – ForteBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of August 11, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP08Y25B557 (KZ2C00000073, KASE official list, "other debt securities" category, TEBNb11) of ForteBank JSC for the period from November 30, 2014 to May 29, 2015. According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the reporting period; as of May 29, 2015, 83,686,799,867 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced. [2015-08-19]
