Special general meeting of Mangistau Distribution Power Grid shareholders due September 17, 2015

/KASE, August 20, 15/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid JSC (Aktau, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on September 17, 2015 at 15:00 o'clock a special general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin with the following agenda: - on approval of the report on execution of the company's development plan for the first quarter of 2015; - on approval of the report on execution of the action plan regarding implementation of the company's long-term strategy for 2012-2022 based on results of 2014. The mentioned meeting will be held at the company office near poultry plant, Aktau. Participant registration will be carried out from 14:45 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the said meeting will be drawn up as of September 7, 2015. In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of company shareholders will be held on September 18, 2015 at the same time at the same address. [2015-08-20]
