/KASE, August 20, 15/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a
letter of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
August 10, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
placement results of bonds KZ2C0Y10D737 (KZ2C00002012, KASE official list,
category "other debt securities", NRBNb10) of Nurbank JSC in the period from
December 5, 2014 to June 4, 2015.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
reporting period; as of June 4, 2015, 10,000,000 bonds remained unplaced.
