/KASE, August 21, 15/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter of Kazakhstan's National Bank (National Bank) of August 17,
2015 according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of
placement of bonds KZP05Y06D252 (KZ2C00002467, KASE official list, other
debt securities category, EUBNb12) of Eurasian Bank JSC for period from
January 10 to July 9, 2015.
According to the letter provided none of the mentioned bonds were offered in the
reporting period, as of July 9, 2015, 50,000,000 bonds remained unplaced.
In addition, Eurasian Bank has provided the National Bank's official letter on
approval of the report on results of the mentioned bonds' placement available on
