/KASE, September 1, 15/ – Insurance company "Standard" JSC (Almaty,
hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the
National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of August 26,
2015 on approval of results of the company's shares offering.
According to the mentioned document:
- National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of company
shares for the period from December 22, 2014 to June 21, 2015;
- no shares of the company were offered in the period under review. As of
June 21, 2015 1,418,930 ordinary shares of the company were outstanding;
its share capital equaled to KZT2,484,384,000.
