/KASE, September 3, 15/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following information statement: quote On August 28, 2015 the Board of Directors of the Bank unanimously adopted the following resolution on the agenda item "Summarizing interim results of bookbuilding as to those willing to purchase shares of the Bank by means of subscription and approval of transactions in these shares": 1. To recognize subscription for 6,666,667 (six million, six hundred sixty six thousand six hundred sixty seven) shares at the price of KZT1,500 (one thousand five hundred) per share totaling KZT10,000,000,500 (ten billion five hundred) as accomplished and approve the list of transactions with investors willing to acquire shares of the Bank through OTC subscription; 2. To authorize the person to interact with investors regarding issue of acquisition of shares of the Bank through subscription: the equity specialist of Treasury Department, A. Ashimova, to send a notice to investors who have expressed willingness to acquire the Bank's shares by means of subscription and continue to accept applications for purchase of the remaining 3,333,333 (three million three hundred thirty-three thousand three hundred thirty-three) shares at the price of KZT1,500 (one thousand five hundred) per share for a total amount of KZT4,999,999,500 (four billion nine hundred ninety nine million nine hundred ninety nine thousand five hundred) until 24:00, Astana time, on September 8, 2015; 3.
