whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press release:

A subsidiary of NMH Baiterek JSC, Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC
(hereinafter – the Bank, DBK) opened a credit line for a total of KZT16.2 bn
export operations of ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC (included in ArcelorMittal
Group) and Kazzinc LLP (included in the structure of Glencore International).
The amount was granted on preferential terms within the framework of the New
Economic Policy Nurly Zhol in support of Kazakhstan export.
