Delta Bank held administratively liable

/KASE, September 4, 15/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of being brought by the decision the State Revenue Department of Astana of August 28, 2015 to administrative responsibility for committing an administrative offense by the Bank, namely "the taxpayer's non-compliance with legal requirements of government revenues bodies and their officials, Art. 288 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences".
