/KASE, September 14, 15/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a
copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated September 8, 2015, according to which the National Bank
has approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP02Y09E830
(KZ2C00003028, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CSBNb17)
of Kaspi Bank JSC for the period from January 27 to July 27, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; 500,000,000 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced as of
July 27, 2015.
