/KASE, September 17, 15/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of the official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated September 9, 2015, according to which the National Bank
has approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y10E830
(KZ2C00003010, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CSBNb15)
of Kaspi Bank JSC for the period from January 27 to July 27, 2015.
According to the letter provided 138,615,805 pieces of the mentioned bonds
remained unplaced as of July 27, 2015.
