/KASE, September 21, 15/ – ATF Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release:

ATF Bank JSC (hereinafter – ATF Bank), says that on September 19, 2015 at
16:20 ALT there was a technical failure in the Bank's communications equipment.
As a result, the Bank's clients had problems with their bank cards service for a
certain period of time. Namely, non-cash transactions on payment cards were
unavailable.
"We apologize to our customers for any inconvenience caused and will do
everything possible to prevent similar failures in the future. Our experts
started troubleshooting works immediately after the detection of technical
problems, took the necessary steps to eliminate technical failure within a few
hours. The most important thing was to restore the system functionality, which
we did. The error occurred at the level of communications, the failure did not
affect the integrity of customer data. Therefore, our customers can be
absolutely sure about the safety of their funds in the card accounts," – said
Sergei Kovalenko, the Executive Director of ATF Bank.
At present, the equipment is fixed. All systems are functioning normally.
However, the Bank's engineers continue monitoring the situation. We are
currently performing a full analysis of the reasons for the failure.
