/KASE, September 28, 15/ – Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company"
JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter
from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
September 17, 2015 on approval of the report on results of offering of the
company's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approved the report on results of placement of the company's
shares for the period from February 9 to August 8, 2015;
- no shares of the company were offered in the reporting period; as of
August 9, 2015 7,870,220 ordinary shares of the company remained unplaced;
its share capital equaled to KZT58,126,461,050.00.
