/KASE, September 29, 15/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) of September 17, 2015 on approval by the National Bank of the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP01Y10E608 (KZ2C00002509, KASE official list,
"other debt securities" category, ATFBb9) of ATFBank JSC for the period from
February 14 to August 13, 2015.
According to the letter provided the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
period under review. As of August 13, 2015, 19,970,000 bonds remained
unplaced.
