/KASE, September 29, 15/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with copies of registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds
KZP02Y07E933 (KZ2C00003176, KASE official list, category "other debt securities",
EUBNb16) and certificate of state registration of a securities issue of
September 1, 2015 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the mentioned bond issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to a change of the circulation
term of the mentioned bonds;
- the circulation term of the mentioned bonds was extended from seven to ten
years;
- NIN of the said bonds changed from KZP02Y07E933 to KZP02Y10E937;
- the mentioned bond issue prospectus was entered in the State registry of
serial securities under No. E93-2.
Amendments to the mentioned bond issue prospectus were released on KASE
website in Kazakh and Russian at
