/KASE, October 2, 15/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with following official list:

Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan continues accepting orders for re-registration
of deposits under the compensation program for deposits. According to a decision
of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan orders will be accepted until
December 1, 2015.
Only term deposits with a balance of maximum KZT1,00000049 mln as of August 18,
2015 are eligible. Conditional deposits Halyk-Legalization, call deposits
and security deposits are not eligible.
According to the Procedure of compensation of individual deposits in tenge
approved by a resolution of Management Board of National Bank of Republic of
Kazakhstan, due to switch to the free floating tenge exchange rate (hereinafter –
the Procedure) the government will compensate in October 2016 at an exchange
rate as of September 30, 2016 provided, the re-registered deposit will be kept
until September 30, 2016 inclusive. Amount and terms of compensation are
regulated by the Procedure.
Re-registration of education deposits is carried out by signing additional
agreement to the deposit agreement. Re-registration of other deposits is carried
out by opening of new deposit "Halyk – compensation" by concluding bank
deposit agreement.
