/KASE, October 7, 2015/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated September 29, 2015 according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP07Y10D250 (KZ2C00003051,
KASE official list, other debt securities category, EUBNb14) of Eurasian Bank
JSC for the period from February 25 to August 24, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds have been offered in the period under
consideration, as of August 25, 2015 180,000,000 pieces of the said bonds
remained unplaced.
In addition, Eurasian Bank JSC has provided an official letter on approval by
the National Bank of the report on results of offering of the mentioned bonds
