Kazkommertsbank imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, October 8, 2015/ – Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press release stating that "National Bank of Kazakhstan brought the Bank to administrative liability under part 1 of article 212 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences, and imposed an administrative penalty in form of a fine in accordance with the Decree on administrative punishment in the case of an administrative offense of September 11, 2015".
