/KASE, October 9, 15/ – RG Brands JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an official
letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
September 28, 2015 according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP01Y07E497 (KZ2C00002129, KASE official list,
category "other debt securities", RGBRb7) of RG Brands in the period from
January 1 to June 30, 2015.
According to the letter provided, as of July 1, 2015 6,816,000,000 bonds
remained unplaced.
In addition, RG Brands JSC has provided an official letter on approval by the
National Bank of the report on results of offering of bonds, which is available
