Insurance company "Amanat" brought to administrative responsibility

/KASE, October 9, 15/ – Insurance company "Amanat" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that following a decision of Almaty department of state labour and migration inspection of October 7, 2015 was brought to administrative responsibility "in accordance with part 1 of article 87 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code" – the employer's failure to pay salary in full and on time set by the labour legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as failure to calculate and pay fine for the period of salary delay due to the employer's fault".
