/KASE, October 16, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated October 15, 2015 ordinary shares KZ1C60080112 (ISIN – KZ1C00001171) of AltynEX Company JSC (Aktobe region) have been included in the second category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE-based trading in these shares will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of a securities issue of August 27, 2015, the issue of authorized shares of AltynEX Company JSC was divided in 111,000 ordinary shares which were assigned national identification number KZ1C60080112.
